Our services in detail
2025/26
Basic Information
We are based in Hull, Yorkshire, and travel up to 200 miles. Our prices include travel and public liability insurance.
We provide all equipment necessary for us to perform, including stage setting, battery powered amplifiers, gazebo (if outside and bad weather forecast), and spare guitars.
We always wear vintage clothing to suit the music and match the occasion, if you have any special requests for our vintage styling on the day, please let us know!
Booking Process
- Message us through our contact form on this site, or via email (aintthatgotswingband@hotmail.com).
- We will then contact you to confirm our availability and discuss event details.
- Once details are confirmed, we will send a link to a contract (we are supported by Musicians Union).
- Once signed and returned to us, we send an invoice and payment link for the Booking Fee (non-refundable).
At this point, you are booked in, and the remaining balance is due one calendar month before the event.
Next Steps
We will then contact you 6 weeks before the event to confirm details, and to send the final invoice. Any queries before this time can be sent via email to us.
Package Prices
1 x 1 hour set
1 x 1 hour set, comprising the classic Gypsy Jazz/Swing arrangements, or an hour of your choice from our setlist
£450 (£110 deposit)
2 x 45 minute sets
2 x 45 minute sets, with a small break in between (usually 15 mins) comprising the classic Gypsy Jazz/Swing arrangements, or your choice from our setlist
£550 (£130 deposit)
2 hours Background
2 hours of swinging music, no breaks (perfect for Wedding Reception or parties), comprising the classic Gypsy Jazz/Swing arrangements, or your choice from our setlist
£650 (£160 deposit)
Custom Set Length
Please contact us if you have an enquiry for a set-type that isn’t one of the above, and we will happily work out a custom bundle that works for your event.
